Hi there, I'm Dr. Lori

Not that long ago, I remember feeling all of these things as I tried to figure out how to be the teacher I’d dreamed of being since I was seven years old, but also have a life outside of teaching.
I spent far too many nights at school after the sun had gone down, missing dinner with my family and having to go back to school every Saturday because the work never ended. I stressed all weekend because it never seemed good enough.
Every week, I'd end up back at school on Monday morning, tired and beginning to resent the career I loved.
So, I took myself through a process of making small, strategic, and intentional changes every single week until before too long, I was no longer working on evenings or on Saturdays.
Instead, I left with the kids every Friday afternoon and didn’t come back until Monday morning.
And maybe the best part? By making small, intentional changes every week to the way I managed my classroom, I started to have more fun with my students than I even dreamed was possible.

I couldn’t wait to get back to school on Monday morning, and I felt like I had the very best job on the planet.

Can you even imagine that feeling?
Now, it’s my joy and honor to show you exactly how you can do this, too.

The Details...

During this free, 5-day livestream event for elementary teachers,
I'll teach you the exact process I used to get my weekends back and have more confidence and joy in teaching than I even thought possible.

You’ll learn how to:

🍏 Day #1: Achieve the home-work balance you really want.
🍏 Day #2: Create more peace and space (and less chaos) in each school day.
🍏 Day #3: Implement consequences consistently & manage defiant students.
🍏 Day #4: Improve relationships with parents (especially challenging ones).
🍏 Day #5: Shave hours off your planning time.

And maybe most importantly of all?

You'll learn how to bust through the mental blocks
that are telling you this isn't possible.

How long is each livestream?

That's up to you. I've blocked off a full hour each day.
I'll be there to serve and support you,
answer your questions,
and help you make the changes you need in real time.
