CMC Partner Program Agreement & Terms
We're so glad you want to be part of the Classroom Management Club Partner Program and help us get classroom management support into the hands of more teachers. Please read the following terms carefully before participating.
1. Application & Enrollment
All applications to the Classroom Management Club Partner Program should be submitted through our sign up page. Once your application is submitted, we will review it and you will receive an email confirming whether you have been accepted as a CMC Partner, along with your login credentials and next steps.
You can access your unique affiliate link, review your commissions earned, track visitors who have used your link, and view payout history through the Partner Portal affiliate centerhere.
2. What You're Promoting
As a CMC Partner, you will be promoting the free Regain Control of Your Classroom webinar training. You earn a commission when someone:

Registers for the free webinar using your unique affiliate link, AND
-
Goes on to purchase a membership to the Classroom Management Club within 30 days of clicking your link.
No commission is earned on any other products or programs unless otherwise communicated in writing by Dr. Lori Friesen.
3. Commissions
Classroom Management Club Partners earn a $20 Amazon Gift Card for each Classroom Management Club membership purchased through their unique affiliate link within the 30-day referral window.
Commissions are tracked automatically through your unique affiliate link. You must always use your unique affiliate link when sharing - referrals made through any other link cannot be tracked or credited to you.
No commission is earned on refunded purchases. If a referred customer requests and receives a refund, any commission paid out for that purchase will be deducted from a future payout.
4. Payment Schedule
Commissions are paid on the second Friday of each month for all eligible commissions earned during the previous calendar month.
For example, commissions earned in August will be paid on the second Friday of September.
5. Payment Method
Commissions are paid in the form of $20 Gift Cards. To ensure timely payment, please make sure your payment details are up to date under the Settings tab in your Partner Portal before your first payout.
We will need the email address associated with your Amazon account on file before your first commission can be issued.
6. Tax Information
To comply with applicable tax regulations, Classroom Management Club Partners who earn $600 or more in commissions in a calendar year may be required to provide their Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number (for U.S.-based partners) before payment is issued. If this applies to you, we will reach out directly and provide a secure method for submitting this information.
7. Referral Conflicts - Two Partners, Same Visitor
If two Classroom Management Club Partners refer the same person, the commission is awarded to the partner whose link was clicked first.
For example: if a teacher clicks Partner A's link on Monday, then clicks Partner B's link on Friday, and then joins the Classroom Management Club the following week - Partner A receives the commission.
8. Promotional Guidelines
To protect the integrity of the CMC community and the Classroom Management Club brand, Classroom Management Club Partners agree to the following when promoting:
You may:

Share your affiliate link via personal email, social media, text message, or direct message

Use the done-for-you promotional materials provided in the Partner Portal

Customize provided captions to match your own voice and style

Share in teacher communities, Facebook groups, and professional networks
You may not:

Make false or misleading claims about the webinar, the Classroom Management Club, or the results members can expect

Spam individuals or groups with unsolicited promotional messages

Use paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to promote your affiliate link without prior written approval from Dr. Lori Friesen

Offer unauthorized bonuses, discounts, or incentives to encourage sign-ups

Promote the link in ways that violate the terms of service of any platform (e.g., spamming Facebook groups)
9. FTC Disclosure Requirement
As a CMC Partner, you are required by law (per FTC guidelines) to clearly disclose your affiliate relationship whenever you share your link. This means letting your audience know that you may earn a commission if they join the Classroom Management Club through your link.
This disclosure must be clear and prominent - not buried in fine print. A simple statement like "This is an affiliate link - I may earn a commission if you join through it" is sufficient.
Failure to disclose your affiliate relationship is a violation of these terms and may result in removal from the program.
10. Program Changes & Termination
Dr. Lori Friesen reserves the right to modify commission rates, payout schedules, or program terms at any time. Partners will be notified of material changes via email. Continued participation in the program after notice of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Dr. Lori Friesen also reserves the right to remove any partner from the program at any time, including for violations of these terms, promotional misconduct, or any activity that damages the reputation of the Classroom Management Club or its community.
11. Consent
By applying to and participating in the Classroom Management Club Partner Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If these terms are updated, the revised version will be posted on our Terms page here. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued participation in the program following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
