Show Notes:
Imagine a place where every teacher’s challenge is met with understanding, every success is celebrated like a shared victory, and no one ever feels alone on their journey. I always dreamed of creating a space like this for beginning teachers, but the Classroom Management Club has exceeded all expectations. It has grown into a thriving community that turns support and encouragement into daily fuel for growth.
In addition to providing resources teachers can use throughout the school year, the Club includes dedicated coaches who offer ongoing support and guidance to fellow educators. I’m especially excited about today’s episode because I’m joined by three of our incredible coaches—Alicia, Becca, and Michelle—who are sharing how the Club helps solve classroom management challenges and what makes this community so special.
Each coach brings a unique set of skills, experiences, and perspectives, having taught for at least four years and coming from different parts of the country. One coach in particular, Alicia, has experience teaching middle school, and I loved hearing how the Club has been just as beneficial for her and her students.
Before becoming coaches, these women were beginning teachers themselves, seeking guidance and support to succeed in the classroom. They each share how the Club helped them build confidence and find comfort in their teaching journey. They also speak about the deep sense of encouragement within the community and how every member is dedicated to being the best they can be, for themselves and their students.
The Classroom Management Club is more than just a collection of resources or a space to share ideas. It’s a true community where passionate educators collaborate to overcome challenges, discover effective classroom management strategies, and uplift one another. Our coaches are a big reason why this is possible. They’re not only committed to their own growth but also deeply invested in helping others thrive.
We had so much to discuss with our amazing coaches that we couldn’t fit it all into one episode! So stay tuned for part two next week, where they’ll share their best tips and tricks to help you improve your classroom management this year.

I hope this information is helpful as you prepare for your first, second, or third year of teaching. Until next time, remember, just because you're a beginning elementary teacher, there's no need for you to struggle like one.
