Show Notes:

You got your first year of teaching out of the way but you are realizing that you just survived the year and you are ready to up your game in year two. Been there, done that! That is why I am so excited to be joined by my guest today who is sharing all about her experiences, insights, and what made a huge impact on her second year teaching.

Teresa Grosboll had so much experience going into her first year teaching. She was a graphic designer for 20 years, homeschooled her children, and taught church classes but after her first year teaching, she realized that even with a wealth of life experience, she was still not prepared for her first year. She decided she needed to up her game so she could be the best teacher she could be in year two.

She had amazing coworkers but was looking for something that could walk her through things step by step. And then she found the R.E.A.D.Y. for School Academy (and almost didn’t join!) where she got the streamlines experience and information she needed to confidently prepare for her second year.

Teresa, like so many new teachers, felt like she just couldn’t keep up with everything she needed to do as a teacher. With the help of the academy, she was able to feel more in control and prepared, especially for all the classroom events that take place in early elementary classrooms. Plus, she said that her favorite lesson was setting up the classroom in a practical, organized, and peaceful way making it an amazing learning environment for her students.

If you want to get proven steps to set up and organize your classroom and create a classroom management plan that actually works but aren’t quite ready to invest in the academy, join me in my FREE live workshop. You’ll walk away with four proven steps you can take immediately to prepare for next school year, even if you don’t have a contract yet. Can’t wait to see you there!
